Residential Landscape Design

 
     
Landscape Technologies has a long history of working with home builders and homeowners alike. Retention ponds, nature trails and on-site recreation facilities are a trademark of these developments and Landscape Technologies places a strong emphasis on the retention of existing vegetation in each.    
     
Individual residential plans constitute approximately 30% of Landscape Technologies' business, including planting plans, hardscapes, irrigation plans and lighting plans. A plan was completed for an urban garden recently that utilized strictly "white" plant material…white foliage, white blossoms, white furniture and a white gazebo.
   
More recently, water gardens have become an important part of Landscape Technologies' design services.
